DE I buy potato bread and make sandwiches with it. I also buy sliced, cooked turkey breast for sandwiches all the time. I have several packages of it in my freezer now. (Turkey is my favorite meat.)

DE I don't cook with coconut so I can't help you with that. Sorry. I read a lot of books and watch a lot of YouTube videos since I retired. Oh, I hope you enjoy visiting the flower fields. That sounds like fun to me, too.

DE Last time I checked (Long ago, in my experience.) it took two people for that to happen, either one of which could suggest using a contraceptive of some type. It isn't logical to blame one person over the other.
