Sunshine on my shoulder. That is a song title, I believe, but when I got up this morning, the sun was shining bright so I just had to go outside and catch a few rays. I need that Vitamin D. I stayed out for awhile, even though it was a bit chilly and I turned around and let the sunshine warm up my back and shoulders. It felt so nice. But, I am writing to tell you about my son's new exotic pet that he brought over for me to see. It's a Sugar Glider. $300 he said he paid for it and bought two of them, a male and a female. Go figure. He only brought the male. He said that he was calmer than the female. He named the little thing AMOS., I wasn't too happy when it jumped on me from the floor and ran all around my head and shoulders. I was yelling, "get him off me" and the whole family was laughing at me. Amos has sharp little claws and he really moves fast. He is nocturnal so waking him up in the daytime made him hyper, I guess. So finally, my son put him in his little mesh bag and he went to sleep. Have you ever seen a Sugar Glider.? I had seen one before, because one of my friends has one.
