For those of you in the US I hope you are having a great Thanksgiving. We are on our way to make it to my brother's house. We are driving my dad and his wife.
A special Thanks to the owners of myLot for restoring our home on the net.
And of course "thank you" to @GoAskAlex and @bugsonmylot. All of you be safe. I will probably check in this evening.

@GardenGerty We use the term gammon for the hind leg, whereas cooking the hind leg of a Turkey we call sacrilege.

My brother did both turkey and ham, which I believe you call gamon.
