The cat is celebrating too!

Today, Mouse the Calico has been frisking around. It was really funny because she didn't beg for food at all till my dear partner said "I miss the days when you could give your cat some turkey," at which point she started begging. Mouse doesn't normally beg at all. So we relented. We found some breast meat from an inside, unbasted spot and gave her some. Now she's frisking even more! Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!

We offer the cat some meat now and then, raw and cooked. He does not seem interested. He likes his kibble and I know he catches mice sometimes. I don't know if he eats them.

ours love turkey, our dogs I mean, and ham too, just gotta be careful with bird bones of course

Out of three cats, Saia the Wildebeast, snatched the turkey chunk from me and gobbled it right down. The other two just either sniffed or tossed the turkey around like it was a mouse to be played with.

@sallypup Feliway collar might help, if he'll wear it. Shadow Stink did well with it but wouldn't tolerate the collar.
