The Movie- Mummy or its sequel "The Mummy Returns"- which do you like more?

Which movie do you like the most- the 1999 mythological mystery thriller [/b]Mummy or its 2001 sequel [b]"The Mummy returns"? I felt the sequel was a bit more funnier, but storywise the first one was better.

I preferred the first one, even if I do not consider that both movies are really great movies.
