Hey everyone fantastic news today on Black Friday. Ginger is free and it’s always been free. The major reason I mention this to you today is because of a conversation last night with a member on the site. We were talking about my ability to write and carry on a conversation in English. Furthermore, they were saying that people don’t take the time to communicate or just don’t understand how. The conversation turned to SMS texting and how a lot of this is starting to show up on the site. They were also saying that people just don’t check their spelling either. For years I have had a small program that is absolute free that can work with any Internet browser and Microsoft Office programs. The name is Ginger. This program will underline misspelled words in your comments and give you a list of words to choose from. I find this is the most helpful program I have used to further advance my English writing skills. Also, I had a few people just like me who want to improve their writing skills. This program can help in some respects to show you a few basic skills and correct some grammar errors. Grammar errors are so easy; just ask me I am the King of Grammar Mistakes a lot of time. But now I realize some basic errors I make and I don’t do them anymore. I never understood before why you needed a comma in your sentence before the word “but”. Ginger showed me the rules and how to apply them. So anyone who wants to improve a few skills in English you might want to check this out and download it. It is free to use and believe me it has helped me a lot of time. No I am not spamming you to buy this or to download it and use it. I am just giving you my take on this program and how wonderful it is. Google Ginger Grammar add on or program and you’ll find what you need. Image – personal image – This is the island of Bora Bora. You’ll see this island isn’t very big but the beauty of this island is all the Motus that surround it. They are some of the most beautiful Motus in the world. That is why Bora Bora is the image of Tahiti and her surrounding islands.

The level of spelling and grammar in England has been undesirably poor for some time. Now it has rapidly begun to decrease further due to the introduction of text messaging and the prolific use of abbreviations. It appals me when I receive a text using "lol" or "m8" etcetera. Even for a text message I always use correct English and refuse to participate in this trend.

It is almost what I heard last night about not spelling out "you" and instead just using "u". The same holds true for "are" people just use R. Not all the "I" are capitalized and there is other too. This site is an excellent place to join for anyone who wants to write in English, improve their writing skills, and get a few tips from people who have grown up speaking and writing in English . I guess that is why I told them about this great add-on and how it might help them in a few basic skills and to see what they could do to help improve their writing skills. I am not only referring to this site, everything they do when it comes to writing in English.

@poehere The ones that are least likely to benefit are the English because many of them have no interest in grammar or spelling and are content with local slang.

@Asylum Yes I guess you are right but there are also many people on here like me who don't or aren't native English speakers. We are the ones who struggle daily to write better so we can get our points across. I think some of these people might love a program like this to help them out.

You live in a beautiful place. I hadn't realised English wasn't your first language until I picked up on the French connection when I read something of yours the other day.

No it isn't my first language and I don't write it here on the islands. I do all my work in French. I don't get a chance much to speak English either. so the say I keep practicing is here and writing other stuff.

I felt like Windows 10 sort of let me down. It seems like Windows 8 has the automatic spell checker and 10 doesn't. Ginger sounds like something this old gang could sure use. I used to be such a good speller and now I am forever double thinking myself and end up wondering if I have spelled a word right or not.
