Covering a shift Monday

I luckily have Monday off, and just got a call from the company I cover shifts for the odd time. Another lady gave her my name, and I am covering the shift.
I am not sure how long the shift is, it's more or less when you are done. But I start at 7am, and being this close to Christmas I am sure it will be busy.
I am a little nervous as I have never done a shift at this place, and have heard bad things about them. BUt I need the money so I took it.
