It Is Raining Again

It is cloudy, dreary and rainy here today and the rain has been pretty steady all through out the morning. I had errands to run, that had to be done, so off with my umbrella I went. When, I got home, I straightened the house and after that I vacuumed. I feel like I accomplished a lot and that is a good feeling. Now, after I eat some lunch, I need to bake a cake because today is my husband's birthday. He likes chocolate cake with chocolate icing , so that is what I am going to make for him.

It cant seem to stop snowing, its cold and crappy out. The roads are super icy and there have been a lot of accidents. Wishing the weather was better but thats what you get when you live in Minnesota :-)

@Castlerock I can imagine your weather. I was in Minnesota in Minneapolis in my teens and I remember stepping into a snow drift up to my waist and my friends pulling me out. lol

We get snow but not til January and February. Here we not yet have had a hard freeze.

It was 60 degrees here and we had no rain up until a few days ago and it rained yesterday and today also. Glad you got alot done and you feel great about it. Cake sounds yummy, my favorite is red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting

@LeaPea24 first of all Happy Birthday to your hubby. Here in Latvia we have gray days and the nights begin at around 4 PM so there is really no day. It would be better if the sun shone for at least a couple of hours.
