Those poor cows are haunting me

I love leather but was recently reading about leather manufacturing in India. The industry makes over a hundred billion dollars a year all because they have an enormous number of cows. I never really thought about how my leather jackets were created. Now I keep seeing these poor cows, with big sad eyes, waiting to be made into shoes or purses.
