Live blogging my ebook prep 001 - Why?

I'm finally getting started on my first ebook. I've been doing a lot of research on how to do it, and one suggestion I've seen is to blog the contents as you write, thereby building an audience.
But I'm going to take it a step further. My plan is to live blog the process, the steps I'm taking as I try to put this material into shape for publication, as well as the process of actually publishing it.
I'm looking at these myLot posts as keeping a journal. So, even if no one else finds them of interest, they'll still be valuable for me.
But I suspect there are others considering publishing their own ebook who might find my efforts interesting or encouraging.
We'll see.

Thanks, @JudyEv. I've written a lot of articles, but I must admit that the idea of doing a book is just a little intimidating!

I blog a lot but I have no desire to do an ebook. I am sure there are others however who will be interested.

@allknowing, stay tuned! I'll be talking about that in episode 3 of this saga. But here's a hint - it non-fiction that has to do with one of the most inspiring events in the American Civil War.
