From tail to bun

Call me crazy or fool, but always prefer that way.
I got a not-so-long, and thick hair. That sometimes become wavy. And always have it pony tailed.
Why keep it long when i always tie them up?
I am always on the run, and i can not take my hair strands dancing on my face like crazy. When i am at home, they aren't tied, i let my band take some "day off".
Now, i am getting tired of pony tail. Want something new, and keeping my face hair-strand-free.
Look for something in google and tada! Buns, hair buns. I have done it, so i looked for something that looks nice and easy to do, take note of the easy. For i am that kind of person who really doesn't takes a long time in front of mirror (can not take much looking at my face. Haha).
Have practiced doing the bun, i just have to make it neat next time. And practice for more.
Short or long? Tied or not? What hair do you have ?

Good to make a change! 
I didn't have buns before, I always thought it takes long time to make a bun.
I prefer to have short hair, so I don't need to take much care of it. Sometimes I even forgot to comb my hair when I went out, and I just used my hands to "comb". I don't like to tie my hair even when I keep my hair long, or I tie it really loosely, as I don't like the tension of pulling my hair.

While we were away I didn't get my hair cut. i thought it was a good chance to let my fringe grow out. I hate it in my eyes too so I don't know how long I'll stick with my longer hair. I would be hopeless trying to make a bun. I just want to run a comb through my hair and go.

I have long hair and always tie it back. I can't tell you when the last time I got my hair cut was. I think, it was over 20 years ago.

I used to like my hair a bit long when I was young but now I keep it very short.
