Hiatus

Unbelievably toxic levels at work. Relationships gone bad. A death in my circle of friends. Sleepless nights.
These are just some of the things that I had to overcome last week. Today is still toxic but compared to the stress levels last week, this week is a potential breather.
And I really wish this week will be, because it's only Monday and it's really early to tell.
I think I have taken on a lot of things and there were personal issues that came up out of nowhere that I had to immediately deal with so I had to take a break from MyLot.
But since I promised to stay active here, I am back to fulfill my promise. I may have missed some interesting discussions but I'll do my best to catch up.
By the way, our office was awarded ISO certification today. So that's one down 
We have worked so hard for it for months so I still can't express how happy and relieved I am.

it is great to be awarded the ISO. Our hospital and our school also brag about the ISO, meaning, we can be at par with other hospitals outside the country, and our school outside our region.

it's a quality management system, or a system that ensures quality in our processes and products. ISO stands for international standards organization. we had to modify our processes for a year, documented our procedures, and underwent several audits before an ISO certifying body conferred us the status.
