What is the best portion for managing earning in a month?

Do you know the best portion for managing your earning in a month for daily need, children's education, health and investment? I think daily needs, education and health take much more than investment such as installment of vehicle or new house. What do you think about this? And do you know what is the best portion for managing earning in a month?

I dont have those issues so cant really help. I expect saving for your kids needs could be difficult.
