Yes, I woke up to a rainy Monday, in Johannesburg, ah bliss! To feel some cool air again, happy dance time it was for me.
Though the fact that the South African 7's Rugby team won in Cape Town Yesterday at a party of a 7's Rugby tournament, had me doing a happy dance too!
And the fact the USA beat one of the power houses in Rugby, New Zealand, in 7's Rugby for the third time in two weekends, had everyone quite shocked, America is becoming a force in 7's Rugby!
Come to think of it, Canada beat New Zealand too. Though l have to say as 7's Rugby progresses teams that were once considered weak, are now contenders and then some.
Do any of you in the USA and Canada ever hear how well your teams are doing in this sport?
I also did a happy dance when I watched "America's Best Dance Crew" well, marathon watched it, yesterday, because the channel decided they were going to show a whole season in one day, and I refuse to miss a dance show.
It is bad enough I did not get to see "So You Think You Can Dance" or "Strictly Come Dancing" this year, so there was no way I was missing this, and happily the Crew I like won it all! Do you like watching dance shows?
I took a photo of the South African sun setting and thought I would share it in case anyone needs to see a bit of sun.
So, from happy dancing yesterday to happy dancing today. Have a happy week everyone!

Hi there @Mom210 , nah, I will not, because I do not know every sport out there in the world either. Uhm, Rugby is almost like NFL, but they do not wear helmets or padding, and a few other differences, but that is as close as I can describe it. :-)

We love watching Dance shows, but dont watch too much as we have our own little dancing crew right here. Glad you enjoyed the 7's as well - my hubby was glued to the telle the whole week-end, not that it make us win or anything. No rain though - not for us

@Inlemay , you are lucky to be surrounded by dance. We were glued to the telly too, and like my Mom says, we shouted them to victory, ;-), hehe, or, so we believe, (nutty, huh). The Blitzbokke do us proud though. Sorry you did not get rain, because it was a relief to receive some here after terrible heat yesterday, I hope you get some rain too. :-)

Yes, in Dubai, the US beat my team too, and then New Zealand twice, and in Cape Town, they beat New Zealand on the second day again, while Canada beat New Zealand on day one, they say there are some injuries and some new players in NZ, but, when the US beat my team, all I could say is they played really well, they are getting stronger.

Canada is not too big on rugby so unless you have the high paying cable sports channels you really don't get too many updates. Good to know Canada beat New Zealand though and sorry for your loss, maybe next time.

Yes, Canada is getting stronger, and thanks, it was tough when my team lost in Dubai, so did New Zealand, though thank goodness my team then won in front of the home crowd in Cape Town, where New Zealand lost to the US and Canada. Next 7's is New Zealand, so maybe New Zealand will win it there for their home crowd.

I really do like to watch "dance" shows. Today though, I'm going to "marathon" watch all the Jeopardy shows that I have recorded over the past three weeks. My son said I need to watch them and delete them, so I'm going to do it. Luckily, I can fast forward through all the commercials. I think I have about 14 shows to watch though.

I just love your image of the setting sun, with its golden rays distributed in the skies. As regards sports, I like basketball and tennis. I like Rafa Nadal, and Miami Heat

@ridingbet, thank you for liking the picture :-). I also like tennis, and Rafa is a good player, though I think Roger Federer will always be my favourite. :-)

It's a gloomy Monday here but it's too warm for snow. I do like dancing shows and my favorite here in the US is Dancing with the Stars.

Do you miss the snow? Sorry it is gloomy by you. Ah, I used to love watching Dancing with the Stars, and then they stopped broadcasting it here, @Marilynda1225 , I really miss seeing it. I hope they will eventually get some seasons to us again.

I enjoy the dance show too. Pretty impressive to see them move so smoothly. The Rugby news in in the sports section of the paper, I don't read it. I've never seen a Rugby game. We are a Football House.

This is going to sound horrible but...I didn't even know if we had a Rugby team here;). Re. dance shows...I'm not into them myself, but the dog and turtle seem to love them...I think they are conspiring and up to no good;)

@HebrewGreekStudies , haha, not horrible, well not awfully horrible, maybe mildly horrible :-D. Yeah, Canada has a 7's Rugby team, less men in each team and faster format, and they are a good team. I have to support dog and turtle in their conspiring, they are right to understand the beauty of a dance show. :-D
