My dream, a brief analysis. An attempt at an interpretation. Any other ideas as to its meaning??

More light doesn't always make things clearer, or does it?

My dream about flying around in an inner world This dream is a very involved dream with many different facets. Dreams carry meanings, built into their story, as a sort of underlying theme, or even as a building platform, or framework, or inner blackboard, that also allows the dream to be firstly seen as displayed, but also to be seen from this other direction, as being a part of some such inner foundation, or unconscious belief, that needs to be looked at, and perhaps either strengthened a bit, revised, or even changed completely. Here, I know I can fly. I have this ability. I have some knowledge of the inner worlds, but I fear it just the same. I perhaps fear losing myself (my outer self) in there. I would prefer to master the outer world first, as this is where I mostly spend my life in. The man I helped is I think here representing my outer self, which I sometimes think is crippled, or in need of such help, as well it might be. I must realise that all parts of me must work together, and that no one part of me should ever be allowed to restrict another part. When all parts work together in unison like this, we are often then simply lifted above our problems then, whist at the same we are also acknowledging their existence, and so not being afraid of them as such. We simply allow them to be the experiences which they are. We allow them to help us grow into a greater consciousness, rather than our being bogged down by them. I worry I will wake up and spoil the dream but sometimes I do only after the dream is over with little recollection of the details. But dreams have taken me to places that I cannot decipher or in company of unknown people - siva

Yes, I believe that they give us unique experiences that we cannot obtain in any other way. Why else would we dream?

As long as you have a go, you will get better. Just think of the obvious direct literal meaning first, and the go on from there. For example dreaming of a car, usually would refer to travel, do you need to move away from some type of thinking that is perhaps restricting you right now might be the meaning.

I love your interpretation. I have studied this stuff my whole life and spirituality for that matter. You have made me realize that there is so much more. I so glad, I found you here as I love this type of stuff and dear Siva, is one of the only other people that I have come in contact with that seem to have great insight to it all.
