Should I need to cancel this order?

Before ten days ago, I bought one pair of short boots online . But I found that till today the seller still have not sent my items out. I have sent some message to the seller, she just told me that they will send my items soon but do not any explanation. I also bought another items at the same day and received the package only two days. But this boots still have not sent out after I paid for it ten days. Should I need to give them a chance continue to wait or cancel the order now?

Thank you.anna. I will give them a chance, if have not send within 2 days, I will not hesitate to cancel the order and then check another online site

If you cancel it you need to be assured that you will get your money back. I would file a dispute with paypal if you've used them as a medium to pay the bill. I can understand it is a busy time right now but the seller needs to be more forthcoming.

If you have not received them after ten days I would cancel the order and get them from somewhere else.

I found she have sent my items out yestoday. But I think after I receive it, I still want to leave a negative feedback to her. Hope she can improve their's services

I think it depends on where you bought them. If you've done business with them before without any problem, then wait a couple more days. If you've never done business with them, contact them and let them know you are canceling your order.

If I were you, I would cancel this order. Since they don't tell you why. And the time is already long enough. It is fine for you to cancel the order in such a situation. There are quite a lot of choices online, and I am sure you can find another better sell who sells the same thing.

I also think they do not have the items in stock. I just angry this seller did not give me any explaination after I waited ten days.
