Early to Bed, Early to Rise

I do not think I have even posted anything here today, but I need to go to bed early, and get up with hubby. He has about a half day of work tomorrow.
I want to do some stuff here while he is gone, then I told him I will go out with him shopping and just spending time.
My plan is to go to Christmas Eve services tomorrow night.
We will have yummy foods from our freezer, lasagna, and pie. I am going to make some pastry so that he can make one of his favorite dishes on Christmas Day. He wants pasty, which is a traditional hand held meat pie. I got some beef stew meat and he needs to find a rutabaga (aka swede) but we have all the other stuff.
I think I will make a chocolate mocha poke cake.
We will drink hot chocolate, or coffee and play card games and board games.
It will just be relaxed I think.
Anyway, I think it is time for my "early to bed", maybe.

I went to bed really late last night, got up after 4 hours sleep, and was just sitting thinking how I would love to be in bed right now. May have to go soon.

We are so mean to our bodies. If you need to sleep you should go . Sleep is wonderful.

I do not make cakes often, but hubby;s sister sends us "coffee syrup" til it is running out our ears, and we do not make milk drinks with it like it is intended, so this seems a way to use it up. A little.

We eat well here. We both enjoy cooking. I try to manage any leftovers so that they do not go to waste.

It is self-evident that you take so much care of the meat you prepare and at the same time you have fun. I love chocolate in all its varieties and appealing forms and also play board games. As a child I used to play many of them with my father.
