Be on the lookout for a bearded intruder

Something strange has been going on in my neighborhood. There have been numerous reports of an intruder entering homes in the area. Witnesses say they have seen an unusual red vehicle which seems to appear and disappear very suddenly, almost as though it has dropped out of the sky. There does not appear to be any damage and no property has been reported missing in the targeted homes, in fact, strangly, there are reports of toys and other gifts being left behind. The suspect has a long white beard, and is dressed all in red. Security cameras have captured this image, if you recognize this person please contact the local authorities immediately.
