Glad Christmas is ending!

Between the gifts, the cards and all the hubbub, I'm exhausted! Maybe it's because I'm not Christian that I find it a bit much to find nothing but Christmas on TV, the radio, and everywhere I go. I don't mean to be a curmudgeon, but it will be good to be past it all! Besides, it won't take more than an hour to go a mile or so because I have to pass so many of the busiest stores!

And that's why I only watch Netflix or Amazon, at least I get to choose IF I want to watch a Christmasy show or movie.
I also have not traveled in a week, with all the weirdos out there racing around trying to find the best deals and trying to get that last item the store has before someone else does, it's unnerving to say the least.

I live on the busiest street in Miami, although it was a fairly deserted dirt road among the farmlands when I bought this house. Traffic's always a problem, but at this time of year, I try only to go places I can get to on foot!

sorry but that just seems so funny to me @cobrateacher
When it's hot here (tween 95 and 100+) I like to go out and play water sports with my dog who loves biting the spray from the hose.1 person likes this
