Headache from sun exposure

I went out with my friends yesterday, and I ended up with a headache from the sun exposure.
I rarely have any problem walking under the direct sun, so I did not use my umbrella yesterday.
I guess it is a lesson learnt not to get overconfidence.
The headache occurred at night, after I had taken my dinner, shower, and ready to go to bed.
A night sleep has not gotten rid of it.
I am still suffering from the headache.
Hopefully I will get well enough to go to work tomorrow morning.

Hope your headache will go away if not try taking something for it. That's what i do if it does not go away on it's own. I'm wishing tomorrow was not Monday already i could use another day off lol.

The sun will mess you up.I always drink a lot of water no matter what, but sometimes I am just lazy. It happens.

I drink a lot of water, because it is always hot and humid.
I never thought that such a short exposure to direct sun can cause such a headache hours later.
If the headache comes right after the sun exposure, I would have taken out the umbrella.

My wife is very sensitive with that, if she catches too much sun on her head she gets a headache too

@scheng1 she usually wears a sun hat and stays under an umbrella, the only time she gets sun exposer is when she is swimming around

Yeh, for me since I'm prone to headaches in general, this is something that I watch out for. I hope that you feel better soon:(
