Now a days everybody wants quick and easy. Its not like that at all. Companies claim they can make you loose 10-15lb in weeks not months. Is it true? No, it's not. But there is something that may. Two dirt cheap supplements that can make you loose fat and in turn make you healthier in a few ways. It's called Choline and Inosital. With the combo of both of these the body will begin to remove the visceral fat from around important organs like the liver. This eliminates your chance of having illnesses like cancer, cardiovascular decease and high blood pressure. Choline also increases growth hormone in the body which has been proven to have so many healthy benefits time and time again. Not to mention that Inosital is the only over the counter supplement to have a dramatic impact on Alzheimer's decease. These two supplements are rarely herd of and have been around for decades. If you'd like to know how to get these two supplements cheaper then anywhere else message me for the websites. You wont regret the results you receive. NOTE: buying the powders separately and making your own capsules saves you even more. Also buying the Choline version Alpha-GPC is a little more expensive but in my opinion much better as far as it's benefits.

O I do to. The supplement only helps you loose that fat. If you stop taking it it's not gonna make you fat again. Once the fats gone its gone for good...unless you eat poorly and stop exercising of course. Its only giving your body what you cant give it out of diet. I take it all every day. I like to think of it as an insurance policy in case i dont get enough of something out of my diet. I'm not selling anything just my knowledge on the matter.

As long as you are not profiting from telling where to buy supplements it should not be a problem. I will do some research about this for myself and I really hope that it turns out well when I do. I would like to lose the fat that has been layering on for years. There are many places to buy inexpensive supplements and I do not mind knowing them.

It was actually my urologist that told me about it because I'm on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and puts me at a greater risk of have a fatty liver. He told me that it works better then anything he could prescribe me.

I always encourage people to do their research first and to consult with their primary physician prior to starting any regimen of supplement or workout routine. That's why prior to training women who are considered Obese or Morbidly Obese to seek a physicians approval due to any underlining condition that could be causing the weight in the first place. Plus when it comes to men and women it seems like the guys are always the biggest wossey's. lol In my opinion.
