My Seven Childhood Memories

Well, I am a bit late on this but here is my seven childhood memories: 1. Dancing on my Daddy's feet. He always wore boots and I would put my little feet on his boots and he would whirl me around like we were dancing. 2. Sunday dinners at my Grandparent's house. My aunt and uncle would come over after church and we would have dinner. Usually chicken and whatever else. 3. Summer at my grandparent's home was great. I had all the fruit and vegs from the garden that I wanted. Blackberries, raspberries, gooseberries, pie cherries, plums, apricots, carrots, rhubarb and whatever else I saw that I liked. 4. My mother reading Tom Sawyer to me along with Sherlock Holmes. She loved to read. 5. Helping my grandfather paint the garage and part of the house. He didn't care for kids and getting him to let me help him was quite an endeavor to get him to let me. 6. Ghost Riders in the Sky. My grampa and I heard this on the radio and we were hooked. He and I would sing it every time it came on. 7. The day my grandpa passed away. He was setting in the big over stuffed chair in the living room. And at one point he just quit breathing.
