Tennessee First State to Open an Online Animal Abuse Registry

The registry will list animal abusers names, address, age and picture's of people convicted of having intentionally abused animals.
The first offense will be two years on the registry, second offense will be five years.
We think it will be a strong deterrent against animal abuse.
One good think if someone is looking to buy an animal you can look in the registry to see if their name is there and if it is you just tell them NO, period.
Way to go Tennessee, great job...

That is great! I wish it could be like that all around the world! No animal deserves to be treated like crap so no cold hearted person deserves an animal to do that.

That's cool. Bet if we have a web like that in my country I will see my uncle's picture on it. He cut off his cat's tail years ago because the cat making loud noise chasing rats while he is taking nap

Then your uncles picture should be on there cutting of a cars tail how bad that is as the cat is just doing what he is supposed to do. @mrswhitfield

That is a great thing Marcy. I am surprised it has not been done before anywhere.
And those who abuse helpless animals, it is a known fact they are more likely to abuse anyone too.
