one of them is Topper(1937) with the cute Constance Bennett and the wonderful Cary Grant. Cute story of Marion and George Kerby who find themselves dead.They get bored and feel sad for their friend, Mr.Topper, played by Roland Young.
Cosmo Topper is a stuck in his ways old goof and the ghostly couple
decide to haunt him. As you can well imagine he is not amused. It is silly and great entertainment. Cary at his finest, Constance is cute and perky, and Roland makes for a good time indeed.
Have you seen it? I crack up when they are haunting Cosmo Topper. Poor guy.

@celticeagle aside from Christmas movies or Halloween horror releases most films just come out as soon as they are finished and distributed

It is a cute movie. I get it mixed up the Thin Man ones for some reason. Different actors and all.
