Early morning tea

It's 630 in the cold morning of Bangalore, the chilly winds blow as I sip on the hot tea which warms my soul.
I'm obsessed with tea. I have the worst habit which forces me to drink it twice a day (or more) and if I don't, I just get constipated. You know what they say, bad habits die hard!
What is the one thing you guys have to have everyday?

The biggest bad habit is with me that I always woke up very late around 9:30 to 10:00 and till that time my wife already went for the job and I can't meet her.
