Chicken trotters(chicken feet) and Cummin rice for lunch

Well it's good afternoon here.Hope you all are having good time there. I just got ready my lunch menu. Today I have cooked spicy trotters or chicken feet with Cummin rice. It's a gravied dish and can be eaten with flat bread too. It take some more time to cook but the end results are really yummy. My family is fond of this meal

@simone10 I know that in some countries they are very appreciated, they are part of the Dim Sum buffet in China.

@LadyDuck I've seen people having to cook it on the show Chopped and it just makes me want to gag.

This sounds as a very unusual meal in our country, I do not believe that chicken feet are appreciated by many.

On the b site many philipinos appreciated as they eat there and they have different name for it.

My husband is very fond of chicken feet dish. I learned that chicken feet is very rich in collagen but still I am not very fond of this dish.
