Disturbed Sleeping Pattern..

I dont know how but I have managed to disturb my sleeping pattern and now I keep waking up randomly every night 4 and 5 times. Im a heavy sleeper and usually fall asleep around 10:30 and 11:00 pm and sleep until the morning. Im not sure what do to help regulate my sleep pattern. Tonight im going to try and stay up until 12:00 am that way I can sleep throughout the night. Hopefully it works, wish me luck!

@BACONSTRIPSXXX Im going to try getting into bed early. Someone also told me to have a warm glass of milk lol. That should help me have a sound sleep. Will let you know if it works haha

I periodically wake up throughout the night also. At least once or twice - no matter how early or late I sleep. I hope you have a better night tonight though!

It might be because your body clock is changing. Just try to relax and make sure to sleep on the same hour.

The more tired you are, the more deep your sleep will be. But that will only push your sleeping hours late into the night, so it's effective for short term I guess.
