After thinking long and hard about my relationship with my grandchildren I've come to the conclusion that I need to take more Interest in there Interests. Unfortunately there biggest Interest now seems to be video games. What I'm thinking is maybe I could play something that may take a little less reaction time and need a little more problem solving skill, maybe something like minecraft my grandkids seem to enjoy that. Maybe I should upload them to youtube so the entire world could have a laugh at my expense..lol. What do you think?

Your grandchildren would love it! They would have the coolest grandpa ever! While visiting my son during the holiday we all played Monopoly on his X-Box 360. We all had some good laughs out of it to say the least!

I think that is a wonderful idea, and there are many games on various formats that don't requite super fast reaction times

I agree you're never too old. I remember the time when I said I would never own a computer, WELL... taking my computer away from me now would absolutely devastate me!!! I play games on Pogo and I love it because there's everything there from cards, bingo to casino games, it's wonderful. Enjoy the kids and stay young dear friend.

Videogames do not have age limits. Even grown-ups who have full-time, professional jobs go gaga over video games, and I am talking about MORPG - multiple online role playing games. And I am a self-confessed lover of play station. Although my choices in video games are old, the likes of Resident Evil and Final Fantasy.

I don't think you can ever say you are too old, maybe you lack interest, but that is another thing, maybe there is a way you can connect without using video games.

I find this a funny question. Why do you feel you have to justify yourself? Do what pleases you.

Wasn't trying to justify @MALUSE (4586) just asking opinion.

You're never too old to play videogames. I spend some real quality time playing Lego Batman and other XBox games with my seven-year-old. We solve puzzles together and cheer each other's successes. And if the youngster is better at the games than you (as is likely), that's going to win you even more popularity points.

I once knew a 70 years old man who had struggled with cancer for several years ,was going to learn animation design, and it took him only 2 or 3 years to be a well-known master-hand in a forum named SketchupBBS , he even created a lot of tutorials to help others ,we called this old man "LaoGuai",it meant "an old weird man" , so you are definitely not old to play vedio games:)

Have fun and your grands will think you are the coolest... I am of the age of grands but all mine have paws and love it when I play ball with them.
