"Mille-Feuille Nabe" it is called. I never heard of it!!!

Delicious right? I don't think it looks *too* hard to make, although it might take some practice. I love pork belly too! Best part :)

You can see all the ingredients in the video. It's nappa cabbage, pork belly slices, dashi, ginger, soy sauce I think. Then the sauce :)
