I Caved and Drank Soda...

One of my immediate goals is to eat healthier and drink more water, and to totally avoid soda. Well today, I caved and got myself a Coke Zero. Granted, it's got no calories and no sugar, and granted I did not even make finish the bottle (I saved in the fridge in the break room), but still it's not healthy and full of sodium. I was a little stressed at work today and no drink is cutting it for me: not water with flavor enhancer, not plain water, not green tea, not coffee, not hot cocoa. I tried to avoid temptation by leaving my coin purse at home since I am just 10 feet away from the vending machines. And yet during my lunch break I went to a store, and used my credit card to buy a bottle. My lunch wasn't healthy as well. I had one of those instant noodles. Ugh, I feel terrible after eating it. I guess it has to be healthy dinner for us tonight. I'm planning baked chicken, sautéed mung bean and steamed rice. I am not addicted to soda by all means, but there are times that when the want for it kicks in I gotta have one.
What are your irresistible, unhealthy ways?

I still like my diet soda and haven't had much luck giving it up

I have the same one-soda. It has been my weakness for years. I don't know that I will ever give it up completely but plenty of times I have cut back a lot. I hate water because it has no taste-and the flavors are not sweet enough that you can put in the water.
