How Do You Wind Down at Night?

Awe man, I'm tired. I have no idea if I'm even going to hit my daily goal tonight because I don't want to be up super late. The work is kind of slow today, but I am doing what I can to at least make some money today. Tomorrow is Friday so I don't see things picking up before Monday. Maybe they will pick up, and maybe they won't. Ah, the wonderful world of freelance writing.
Anyways, I would love to get a surge of motivation and see more work on the board. I also just want to finish up, call it a night and go unwind. I like to unwind by laying in bed and watching one of my old sitcom DVDs. Right now I am on season five of Roseanne. I'll watch several episodes and then turn the television off for the night. Sometimes I'll play a game on my tablet and other times I'll just crawl under the blankets and listen to my show. There are times where I'll skip the show, or not really pay attention to it, and read something for a bit.
How do you unwind at night before going to sleep? We all have different ways, and I probably shouldn't use the television or tablet as part of my routine, but I don't use them super late (or at all) when I have to get up early the next morning.
I guess I'll get back to this writing assignment I am working on. I'm thinking of putting a day on the side this weekend to interact, because I have received several comments and I need to respond. I especially want to thank you all for the comments left on my previous post (regarding the loss of my friend last year), I really do appreciate it and I do plan to get back to you all very soon. I'm just tired and working right now, but thank you all very much.
Anyways, I'll catch you all tomorrow. Take care, everyone.

I'll usually just watch a show or something. I'll also read a little bit, before calling it a night. That's how I unwind at night. Sometimes, I'll just surf the web, or play a game on my iPad, but usually, I'll watch a show or something, read a bit, and then call it a night.

I just relax and watch a move. If I'm very tired, I will not finish that anymore and doze off.

When I get home from work, I cook or bake to relax. But when I am really tired and I had a difficult day at work, I don't even want to cook. I will take home sushi rolls, watch TV with the boyfriend, and while he trots to the gym, I will sit down with a book, the TV on low volume for white sound and a cup of hot green tea or chocolate while I am in my pajamas.

i unwind by standing in front of my mirror and impersonate wrestlers- from cactus jack to trish stratus, and the reciting of catch phrases. or i create wrestlers out of disney characters, for example, the wicked queen from snow white. shed be a great heel, imagine her cutting a promo - "Mirror, mirror on the wall, whos the greatest wrestler of them all. ME ! of course, and it doesnt take a mirror to see that fact. " oh man i need to put some of my stuff down in print.

Good old Roseanne. That show would keep me up not relax me to sleep. I generally do not sleep well so how do I finally fall asleep? I tell myself I must sleep!! cause 5:45 will get there sooner than later so go to sleep. Then I guess I run story lines around in my head until I finally drift off.
