I Need To Drink It Twice a Day

Let's drink a milk in the middle of the evening my friends! When I purchased this powdered milk of Anlene, my mother told me about its high price. I opposed because it was displayed in the lower price. My mother was very sure it costs unreasonable. So I asked the counter to determine its pricing. My mother was right so I went back to the place where it was displayed and replaced another milk in the same brand with lower gram. I am choosing this milk because it is rich in calcium. I really need to consume it twice a day. In this age I have now, I feel the weakness in my right knee maybe because of the side-effect of the steroid I take to treat the joint pain and swelling.

Good luck. Drink it as long as you can. I used to drink milk a great deal, but am now lactose intolerant.

Cow's milk is bad for us. Hope you can get your calcium in other ways.

@iamshane487 i'm not sure it's safe to continuously use steroids without medical supervision. why didn't you go back and tell him the outcome first?

@hereandthere, it's weak now unlike before and can't jog in the walk-in field.

I am sorry you have the knee pain Shane. It is vital to get the calcium we need with age as well. The milk sounds a good way to do so. I am glad you got it cheaper. I make my own Kefir milk, it is full of calcium and rich in probiotics.

I don't drink a lot of milk. We can buy calcium-enriched milk here if we want to.

I started to take Anlene to hopefully have more intake of calcium too. Though it's more expensive, I am not a person who likes to drink milk, and at least the taste of Anlene is acceptable and it's recommended by the nutritionists, so I just drink it. Hope your right knee will be fine soon. Sometimes my knees are not feeling well as well, I found that if I go jogging or do more exercises, they seem to be better. I am not sure if exercises will help you.

I am not fond of milk, I just can't tolerate its taste so instead of milk I eat plenty of malunggay which is very rich in calcium.

It may be cheaper for you to buy the calcium pill or ask the doctor to give the pills.
