Maybe you're tired and you need to get some rest. try to have something warm if you can. The weather in India is changing every day, it's really hard to decipher what the weather is going to be like tomorrow. It's cold today, tomorrow would be warm. It could be the weather too. Just rest, lie down. Dont stress online.

It could be a number of things. First of all a coincidence that you just ate. You might have been coming down with something. Second thing, it could be some bad food . . .food poisoning. Third, if you ate a lot of carbohydrates your blood sugar could have gone up rapidly then crashed. Best thing I can think of is to sip some room temperature water slowly.
