Cow escaped slaughterhouse, where's the beef now?

A cow escaped from a slaughterhouse in New York City - smart cow! The cow took a little sight-seeing tour of the Big Apple before being captured. The cow, now has a name, Freddie Mercury.
Not only does Freddie have his own name, but a new place to live...for the rest of his life! He will have the life of Riley at a farm in New Jersey where he will no longer have the fear of the slaughterhouse hanging over his head.
I think they said he whispered something as he rode away into the sunset to his new home. What did he say? Freddie said, "Eat more chicken"

That's Chick-Fill-A's slogan. Yes, the cow was lucky for sure and smart!

I try not to think of slaughter houses when I eat beef but I'd rather eat chicken any day.

Before I met my husband I ate chicken every day, twice a day, 7 days a week. I eat it as often as I can now, but not that frequently!

Good for the cow. Can you imagine seeing a cow in NYC?!

@AbbyGreenhill I'm happy for Freddy. I wonder if he passed his knowledge along to his fsllow cow prisoners.

what a cute story. Now he has to worry about the rest of his family going to the slaughterhouse.

Maybe he isn't worrying about that since he's safe.

"Eat more chicken" I remember this sign. I have seen the photos of the cow, she was a lucky one.
