I just wanted to rant for a minute about the sucky part about doing paid surveys some times. For example, right now I have been working on this survey that I qualified for and not only is my internet running slow, so each page is taking a few moments to load, but it’s also very drawn-out – I feel like it’s asked me the same thing about 10 different times and in 10 different ways! I don’t know if it will pay me 50 cents, but it is probably something likely small.
But then again, I have completed many paid surveys where they are short and sweet and pay $1.00 or more.
It’s frustrating at times how long-winded some can be for such little pay.
Do you share my frustration? If so, vent here! (Lol).

More than the lack of pay, I quit doing surveys because they ask the same question over and over. And please don't ask me to put human characteristics on a jar of peanut butter. Drive me nuts lol.

@maezee I would just cringe when they asked that stupid mess.

@fishtiger58 whats also annoying is they often ask you to judge brands that they know you arent familiar with. How do I know if they are trustworthy, clever, modern etc based on their name alone? Agh! Lol

Most times, I am not even qualified to do surveys. That is frustrating too, as I barely get any questions asked, and I am already disqualified. It really makes no sense, and if I had known in the first place that I wasn't qulaified, I would have never bothered. I have one survey sie that I do, that I am always qualified to do their surveys. I have been doing them for years from one company, and I get $3 per survey put in my paypal account. The thing of it is, they aren't taking on any new people, which is sad, but I think they have enough to do them right now. They haven't taken on any new ones for a long time.

Nice! Too bad about the new members. I really like Opinion Outpost - most of their surveys I somehow qualify for. Even though, like you said, you can spend soo much time answering initital questions trying to qualify. I'm not sure if Opinion Outpost individualizes it or not, but I have better luck on their site than anyone else's with qualifying.

@maezee The coimpany I do surveys for has about 3 a month and sometimes more. Whenever I get one in my email, I have to do it right away, as there is a limited time it needs to be done, so I get it done, and the next day, I get paid. I will stay with them that is for sure. I really haven't kept track of how much I have made with them, but it hazs been a lot, in several years. When I first started, they sent checks which amounted to $5, but I am glad they changed to paypal, even though the amount is less, as I get more surveys that way, and I don't have to worry about having to cash a check, and I did forget at times too.

I gave up surveys a long time ago. I felt they just weren't worth my time anymore
