I don't know why I've habit delirious. My mom told me that I had habit delirious since I was little girl, and now my husband and my daughter also told me that I very often got delirious when I was sleep. One time, I was sleeping, suddenly I shouted and talked for a while and then slept again. Another time, suddenly I woke up at midnight and walked into the bathroom to take a bath. Confusing when I woke up, I couldn't remember what happened last night. For the first, my husband and my daughter felt strange. But after a while not anymore. Even made them laughing because they said it was funny to see what I did while I was sleeping.

@wiLLmaH, for the first, my husband thought so but after I checked to the psychologist, everything was ok. I'm not a sleepwalker but only delirious because I expect something too much.

Sleep walking is no laughing matter as we do not know where we are headed for. So better to seek a cure - siva

Are you a sleepwalker? Ask your husband to keep an eye on you, you can do dangerous things while you are asleep.
