The grouchy, old man put up a sign that said "Don't Walk on the Lawn." He looked at his sign and shook his head. Now nobody will ruin his precious lawn. I saw the sign, and planned to ignore it. The old man waved his fist at me and motioned my to move along. I took a walk around the block and came back to the house with the ominous sign. The grouchy, old man looked out the window to make sure that no one walked on his "perfect" lawn. I got on my hands and knees and started to crawl. I crawled all over the old man's grass. Furious, the old man came out of his house and pointed his finger at the sign. I said, "But sir, I am not walking on your lawn. I am crawling instead." The old man shook his head and began to laugh. He's right, thought the old man. He is crawling. The old man nodded in agreement and went back inside his house. I didn't expect his reaction, but I came to admire the old man after this encounter.

This is really very funny. Reminds me of a sign that was put up on gardens when i was very little which said "KEEP OFF THE GRASS". Its strange that i dont see this sign anymore.

Next time you come around, he might have another sign. "Do not crawl" Next, you should ride your bike. Then "Do not ride your bike" "Skate board, roller blades, scooters, lol"
