To everyone who's gone through a sad phase.

Shut up. No, shut up. I know you’re tired of keeping your mouth closed but this time I really want you to shut up. I know you’re sad. Well, most of the people you know are. I was too. Sometimes you need silence in order to appreciate the music, okay? That little voice in your head that’s helping you read this needs a break. How are you doing? Don’t think just answer it with whatever comes out of your mouth, and if you don’t want to, shut up. What have you done to yourself? Why are you doing this? I get it that you’re in pain. I get it that you want someone to know that you are in pain. I know that you’re not seeking attention. But you want just one person to pay attention, not because you need it, but because they want to give it to you. I know you feel helpless for no reason. I know that because I am you. It’s like you are experiencing your mid-life crisis when you haven’t even lived for more than a decade. Just hold on, pause and live. Don't harm yourself. Your body loves you. You are your body. You love yourself. Even though you keep hurting it, it tries its best to heal and hold on while it can. If your unconscious self can try so hard to hold on, why can't your conscious self do so?

Life is not easy on anyone but we should never give up but press on. The ups and downs are what give us the zest to live, keep us on our toes - siva

@yourladyluck We are at the top of all species; others fight to survive while for us we have support systems in place, so it is all the more reason to give life a fair chance all the way - siva

But for every sad phase, there comes a happier phase. One can not stay in the same affect all of the time unless there is a mental illness. Our emotions change like the tides.

I think it's better to express yourself if you can't deal with your sadness.
