Tomorrow is a new opportunity for procrastination

Sooooo today I should have done all sorts of things, but instead I cleverly decided to come back to myLot so, as it stands, I only went as far as walking the dog 
Tomorrow I have to pull my finger out and do some very dole-centred job search, sort through all of my clothes so that I can put away anything that won't fit me again until long after Leonard's born, and of course take Treacle for her walks - not a lot to do at all really, but somehow I log into myLot and suddenly the day's gone.
As Benvolio said: "This wind [...] blows us from ourselves;/Supper is done, and we shall come too late."

I know what you mean about procrastination, as I am the queen of procrastinatiors.
I like to put things off hoping they will go away, but darn, they don't. I wait and wait, until I get tired of waiting anymore, so then I do what needs to get done. It is very easy to procrastinate though when I am in here. The time always gets away from me. One minut it is lunch time, then before i know it it is supper time, and I wonder where in the world the time went.

@LilyBeBack I know what you mean. I did get my walk in too this morning, with my two dogs, and then came in here. I have been in ghee off and on, and still haven't done what I shoud be doing, but darn it, mylot is just to much fun to leave, and besides I need to do what i can to get the payout since the month is a short one, and it takes more work, to get it this time.

Same here - I told myself I'd do these things after Treacle's midday walk, then suddenly it was tea time, so I decided to complete my tasks some time before bed.... Now it's past my bedtime, I've done nothing whatsoever and I'm still here 1 person likes this

Absolutely, and she loved it as usual - I could never let her miss out on her walks, but even she encourages my time-wasting by being old and unable to walk as far as she once could

@LilyBeBack the main benefit these days is universal credit - I have to do the proof of job searching ritual too and today is my signing day - good luck

I think my advisor has given up on me now 
I've got two more signing on days before I switch from Jobseekers to Income Support and each time I go in she's basically just having a look at the list of jobs I've applied for, getting me to sign the thing, and sending me on my way. She's counting down the days until she gets rid of me I suppose she just has to do her job, and I can't be very good for her statistics. Good luck with yours!
