"It is their system, not ours"--Anthony Bourdain Watched "Parts Unknown" last night, Anthony Bourdain was in Madagascar. As I am amazed with the beautiful place and food, I felt bad too. Watching kids crying because they are hungry, while men (adult) are being fed first. I feel bad to the kids. But that is what their system is. Women prepare the food, men eat first, and when they are done, kids can now eat. I know they have reason why they come up with that. Oh well...

This only in the south Alfredo, they still do in some small villages. Also the Greek do the same.

I guess they have their reasons why men eat first. I used to feed my children when they were hungry. First if they were really hungry.
