If I am going to travel again, I wanted to go in Antarctica. For a traveler, it would be a unique destination. However, it is also one the places that’s least visited. Some people think it is not a touristy to see. Others might enjoy the view and also enjoy hiking along the ice using skis. It is definitely not recommend for travelers cannot bear the extreme coldness of the place. As for me, it would be a big challenge since I am living in a tropical island. It may seem different and weirdest place to travel. It is not also a travel trap for travelers. This is just a dream that wanting to know the feeling of being in Antarctica. Do you have any place wanting to visit?

I have been to a few countries and have great memories. I wanted to go to Alaska but after my accident I am not quite confident to travel.
We had a simulated arctic experience when we were in Christchurch, New Zealand. It looked so real.

@allknowing That's nice. What's the feeling while having the simulation? Is it like hiking in a snowy mountain?

@Shavkat The storm was such that we were almost blown off our feet. The sound too was weird and frightening. It was a great experience.

I think you will have to take a cruise to get there. I would love to go to Egypt.

@BelleStarr Is it possible to ride a helicopter to go there, too. I like Egypt. I hope I could also see the artifacts there.

@BelleStarr That's a big question my friend. It could be from a marine ship.

I have checked the price.
If you have USD 40,000 (for 2 persons), you can take a flight to the departing port where National Geographic cruise departs for Antarctic.
it is not as unique as you think it is.
It has been a tourist destination for many years.

My top place to visit is the US but I can't get a visa presently.
I'd like to go to antarctic too but I think I may have more fun on the journey there than seeing the place itself unless I got to see polar bears or something.
Apart from the US I've pretty much been everywhere I've ever really wanted to go.

@Shavkat normally UK people don't need an actual visa to visit the US.
I've had a few brushes with the law so currently I'm not allowed to visit the US.
