You Don't Need to be at Walmart

The discussion and comments I read on a post by @rosekiss were very entertaining. Yes, you do see almost everything if you hang around Walmart. The lakeside community I live in is divided by the Welland Canal. There are several spans, that regularly go up and down allowing ships to pass by through. These bridges, the canal and the lake attract tourists, and let's face it. We also have our own home grown crazies. One day while crossing the span closest to the lake (thank goodness there was no one immediately behind me) I came to a dead stop in the middle of the road. I had to take a second look. Did I really see what I thought I just saw? The heavily pregnant young woman crossing the bridge on foot was wearing, just a tee shirt. Not just any tee shirt. A very thin, very tight white tee shirt. Underneath this, barely covering her bum, tight white tee shirt, she was wearing absolutely nothing. No imagination was needed to picture her naked, in fact, at first glance she was naked. I sure hope she was comfortable. Hopefully she did not cause any traffic accidents as she approached the bustling center of town.

Not a sight that I would have liked to see. And hard to believe.

I've seen a few YouTube clips of Walmart customers - not pretty!

I saw one of those clips. I don't think most of those people ever look in mirrors. If they do, they must be trick mirrors.

I sell my slate paintings at lock three, in the gift store. I love to watch the ships traveling through the canal and we are truly almost neighbors so when it's nice and springy we should get together for a walk and a coffee. I got yor message about the block. It was true, I had her blocked but have no idea how that happened. She is unblocked now and thanks for letting me know. I sent her a message.

@Morleyhunt thankfully that block is fixed.. Good to know where yor are, I'm on the other end but it's not a very long canal. When we are home and it's warmer I would enjoy getting to meet you. We'll talk later.

I'm ver close to the south end of the canal. Yes, we'll need to meet up sometime. At least we could sort out the problem of the blocking.

I personally think 'nutcase' but seriously she seemed oblivious to the stairs she was attracting.

I have seen very few in person but saw some on you tube. Are some of them mentally ill? Blessings.

Mentally ill? Oblivious? Blind? I'm trying to be kind....but really. Please, wear something that covers your essentials.

Not a very nice site, hopefully she dresses her child more appropriately. I steer clear of the walmart store in the town near us, for various reasons, but you can see almost anything at a Tim Hortons these days also.

Years ago my husband and I were at Timmies. There was a young (15-16?) girl out with her grandparents. I wanted to ask her why she had bothered to pull on a tee shirt and shorts....the whale tale at the back of the very brief shorts and most of her bra was showing above the top of her skimpy tank top.

Oh my dear lord, I'm laughing so badly from reading your recount! You do have some mean writing skills there (both literally and figuratively) describing how exposed that lady was. THANK YOU for giving me a good laugh!

I was trying to be kind. I could have really described, in detail what I could see.
