Gut Instinct

I have read that when I person reached the age of 25 they are spiritually 'of age'. They come into knowing of themselves and the universe. I believe this to be true. One very base element in the human workings is gut instinct. In making decisions we need to go with the first feeling we have. Intuition and self knowledge comes into play. A strict self awareness is needed. I have been working on this. Sometimes I get into my own head too much and go with my second feeling instead of my first. I am trying to get used to going with my first instinct. How do you make your decisions? Hodge podge, what you may feel is more intellect, or do you use your first instinct?

Honestly, I am so full of stress, I dont know how I make my decisions anymore, but a good rule of thumb is survival for me here.

I am very sorry to hear that. I keep going because of my kids. I might not care so much if it weren't for them.
