There wasn't one unpredictable moment in this whole movie. It was very similar to Tom Hank's BIG in so many ways. It began with a thirteen year old who wanted to be grown up. Her best friend, the geeky guy, shows up with a handmade doll house and some magic dust. Then the mean girls show up, steal the school report she prepared for them in return for them coming to her party, after tricking her into hiding in the closet and waiting for a hot guy (who winds up driving a hack when he's thirty). Then, when her geeky friend comes back from going to get his Casio keyboard they tell him Jenna, the MC, is in the closet waiting for him.
An argument and some magic dust later, and she's a thirteen year old girl in her own thirty year old body. What happens from there follows the formula for such movies right up to the big moment near then end when...
Uh, uh, uh, you'll have to watch it yourself, if you've got ninety minutes to kill.

I rather enjoyed this movie. It was cute for what it was if you don't over analyze it.

@DWDavis I only saw that movie once a long time ago, so I don't remember all the scenes. I may have to re-watch it and compare the 2.

@DanieGirl80587 It's not so much the scenes as the basic plot of the story it reminds me so much of. Then again, I've noticed many of the Hallmark made for TV movies borrow heavily from top tier Hollywood films.

You are right in this is basically a female version of Big. Only watchable for Jennifer Garner.
