Our digestion system works with some Good Bacteria. Most of us got them from the birth canal, when we were born. It is very important that we give the gut these bacteria, to avoid many health problems, as they also affect our brain: Restoring the good bacteria After taking antibiotics If someone has autism or learning disabilities Depression We can get the Good Bacteria from different sources: Milk or yogurt from grass fed cows Sauerkraut and other fermented vegetables Concentrated Whey, in Molkosan (from health stores) Acidophilus Plus from gnld.com Your experience of this??

I agree that we need good bacteria in our guts and body. God made it for a purpose and our health is dependent on many factors. One day, God will teach us how to care for our bodies properly so that we can enjoy life to the maximum.

We drink a milk product here called " yakult" which contains probiotics, everyone in the family loves and drinks it including my elderly mother.

Real yogurt is very good to restore the good bacteria, I also buy the Acidophilus pills.

Apparently it is good to have 12 hour periods when we should eat nothing to help these gut microbes . Also after antibiotics, it is good to eat onions and leeks
