Coconut Water Benefits!

Living in the Carribean has its perks especially when it comes to fresh fruits! At my company I have a few mango trees and two coconut trees and I enjoy snacking on mangos and drinking coconut water for its benefits!
Cocount water is dubbed as natures gatorade since it has electrolytes, magnesium, calcium, and potassium. Coconut water helps hydrate you and replenish old cells to help you look younger and feel more energetic. It can even help you with an upset stomache and is great for hangovers as well lol.

I actually bought four cans of the stuff yesterday. When I saw a woman asking for money at a stop sign in the warm sun (this was in Berkeley CA), I parked and brought her one. So I have three left. The brand I bought was Parrot, which is my favorite. But I had this picture of Azul brand handy.

I wonder if it would be good for acid reflux. I am trying to find an alternative to the medicine I am taking.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX I'll have to look into it. Would probably have to purchase it in a can if it is possible.

@BACONSTRIPSXXX LOL Okay, first - You are a guy!
Now second - You are maybe 30? HAHAHA I don't expect you should have bags under your eyes. LOL I bet your wife does though. LOL If she endorses the coconut water I might try it.

there's a small coconut juice kiosk here some where, I had three of that glass yesterday. It was good, but how many times a day do you actually drink coconut water?

We have a mango tree in front of our house and it's already beginning to flower
, We use to have a coconut tree but it was felled by one of the typhoons good you have your own. Young coconut or what we call it "buko" is readily available near our place so you can have a refreshing drink and coconut meat all the time, you can even ask them to open it for you cause that is quite difficult.
