Updating my mom's tablet. / myLot

Well I am too annoyed and angry right now. I am reinstalling my mom's tablet. I was installing viber, Skype and Facebook. It got installed but the accounts are not activating through codes. The codes are not appearing on sim(calling kit). It's making me crazy. Can anyone help out?

Unfortunately not because a tablet will most likely be operating on either Android or Apple, which are two operating systems that I know very little of.

with viber, they should be calling you. hope someone helps you, can not help you that much :(
