Through The Eyes Of Love

Have you ever noticed just how different we all look at each other? What I mean is, a group of people can all look at someone and each one sees something different. For instance, you may see a beautiful smile while someone else notices a small mole near the persons ear. Some one may notice how beautiful the persons outfit is put together while another only notices that the person is a bit overweight. We all have our way of looking at someone that is different from anyone else. I have a wonderful husband who looks at me through the eyes of love. He sees me pretty much the same as he did years ago when I was young. When he looks at me he doesn't see the sags and bags and gray hair that I have accumulated in the past few decades. He sees the girl he fell in love with. What is really nice is, he tells me. I look at him the same way. Some say it is seeing with rose colored glasses. I say it is looking through eyes of love. What do you say?

Such a beautiful post! Thanks for sharing this. It brought a smile to my face. I have a husband just like that. He looks at me through rose colored glasses.

@HazySue I have the best husband in the world. He loves me dearly, and I love him. We get along great. The major difference in us is he is a morning person, and I am not.

This is so true - when we love someone we overlook their faults.

@amnabas I agree. I still see my husband as a young active man, just the way he was when I met him.

I love this post. I was like that when I was married and so was my ex. Like you said, it is looking through the eyes of love.
