Who owns the moon? What am I talking about? Let Say life does exist on Other planets. If a alien race Want to settle on the Earth moon can they do That or should earth get some Kind of income from it. Or Maybe some alien race Has a deed to the moon? On Earth I can see Russia And the USA argument about Which country own the moon. So what do you think who owns The moon.

I do not believe that there is a Nation that owns the moon. No one "conquered" the moon in my opinion.

I was thinking more of does the whole earth own the moon or can some one from other planet ( let say life exist on other planets) come and decide to move a lot of their people there. can they do that?. Most likey they would not care since they would be more advance then any one on earth.
