Keeping the House

I am recently a newlywed. While my husband and I both work full time jobs, it makes it hard for me to keep up on all my housework duties. I find myself so behind on chores and embarrassed of how my house looks half of the week. Does anyone have any good tips on how to manage these things? I would greatly appreciate it

I know it is an old school, but you can try to have a timetable. I am sure it might help.

You might as well hire a part time cleaner to do part of the housework. it will be a great help when you are cooking, and she finishes the laundry plus the window. You will have to spend some money but you save a lot of time, and reduce a lot of stress from your life.

Oh yes, I'd like my house to look more well kept... But sometimes we just have to do what we can as long as we don't stop trying to do better.

My only advice is to try to keep it tidy so that nothing piles up and the vacuuming, dusting, etc can be done quickly. Maybe you could divide some chores with your husband?
